Blogiversary Tour: Serger Pepper

Everyone loves basics! Serger Pepper has tons of great information on sewing with knits and upcycling. She also has some great basic patterns like underwear, tank top and dress, and leggings. You can also find free patterns HERE. I have blogged about her patterns HERE and HERE. And she loves to see you hack something amazing out of her pattern.

My kids are sadly in need of some basics for play wear and around the house, so I knew it was time to make the Big Girl Briefs and the Everyday Tank. I used all old shirts to upcycle. Score! And now the littlest rebel has a new matching underwear and tank top. Unfortunately, she was too squirmy and wouldn’t let me get good pictures of the back.

These are great patterns for scraps or upcycling as they have panels. they go together very quickly and are so comfortable. I want some for myself! The 3T underwear is still a little big for my peanut, but she was super comfortable in them and the tank gives her a little room to grow. She still wears hers from last year often.

Don’t forget! Today is the last day to enter to win pattern from all 7 designers. I also have one more designer to show you, and it may or may not involve a hack!

Thanks for stopping by!
